In the readings for this learning module, you had the opportunity to explore the impact of what the authors described as extreme uncertainty. As you read this chapter you may have felt like there are very few businesses today that don’t deal with extreme uncertainty. While much of what the author addressed dealt with the issue of startups, almost every business deals with uncertainty. Describe how degrees of uncertainty impact an organization and articulate the steps that a leader can take to help an organization deal with this very real systemic constraint.

However, in modern organizations we think about time differently, don’t we? Modern, asynchronous learning opportunities have allowed us to use our time differently. With that said, time crusher is a very real issue in most competitive organizations today. In your readings they address this issue.
